All Rates Available in US $.
All international standards of Aviation / Jet fuels as per specifications of the supplier.
All payments to be made in UAE company accounts in US $.
All payments to be received by company in advance.
At least 24 hrs prior to refuelling, all terms must be complied to.
No contract is binding if not in compliance with CAA rules of the Government of Pakistan.
All pricing contracts are binding upon our company only after 100% payment is received in nominated account.
The company reserves the right to change / add / amend any terms with prior notice.
All scheduled flights can make payments through Letter of Credit, Fuel Supply Credit bill, Bank Guarantee of acceptable terms to supplier, Cash in advance, any other agreeable banking term.
Any emergency at designated destination will be considered an act of force majeur and not be binding on the company.
All insurances will be the responsibility of the buyer.
